I am expecting my new Sterling. The guy from ebay said that he'd use a courier service whose the cheapest service is next day delivery for the UK. I haven't received anything yet.

Look up the tracking number that the seller SHOULD have given you...you did get the tracking number I hope...

I did send the money.

As for the tracking number, he will give it to me as soon as he sends it. I haven't received any email, hence no tracking number yet, so I assume that he hasn't sent it yet.

Well definitely email him and ask him what's going on. If you've BEEN doing that already for a few days and still nothing I'd be getting upset as well.

Give us some details..how long has it been..how many times have you tried to email him..have you called him on the phone..when did you send the money...how did you pay...where did you have to send it (if outside the UK)?

He's gonna send it saturday.
