Well after a pretty frazzle-ing few months trying (and eventually succeeding) to buy a guitar shop along with all my other business stuff I felt the family and I needed a break.

So at 5.30am tomorrow a taxi is taking us to Gatwick and then a 9 hour flight to Barbados!

I'll think of you all as I dangle my toes in the Carribean sea sipping on a rum punch tomorrow.

If they still have the little 10- or 20-person Atlantis submarine in the harbor at Bridgetown, take the dive! It's fun and every person has their own viewport. There's an old shipwreck down there and some giant sea turtles.

Also, enjoy the locally made rums, Cockspur and Mount Gay. I recommend the aged (añejo) varieties. Have one for me!
