So now my summer bass sell off is behind me, painful as it was to let go of some beauties, but at least some stayed in the forum family. But this is the end result and I'm freaking pumped. The Bongo neck profile does it for me and these three are a tonefest. I'm looking forward to A/B'ing the two HH's. These three are certified keepers, thats for sure. Props to BP and crew for building such iconic basses, and my thanks to Sean. Brandt and James at TPB, for their over the top buying experience, the new HH 25th makes number 7 with you guys.

Man, You're killing me! :D

I wont sleep tonight!

Anyway, why two 25th?

Get rid of one, take Sterling or Stingray instead, to fulfill collection! :D

like olibass pointed out the pickup configuration, they sound totally different much more than I thought, which is great. These are stone dead keepers.
Hopefully I can get something else in 2010.

I'm liking the fact that all 3 bridge pkups are in a different position placement wise, I thought the 2 HH's would be the same.

Those are some beautiful "keepers" you have there. Now all you need is a 30th Anniversary bass to continue with your RED state of mind!

Thanks, yeah the 30th would be nice except it's missing a string for me, a
fiesta red SR5 with a tinted maple neck would really fit in nicely, I'll probably have to find a beater and have it repainted as I don't think it's in the cards.

Do you ever miss your 20th sr5's? I thought you lost your mind when you let them go.

But regardless, bloody nice basses.

Those are great looking basses; I'm especially fond of the HH's. You have it made; the only thing that could possibly be better is if you were to sell the Bongo to me! Funny, I missed that one at TPB. Did it even make the website? Gonna get a Fiesta Red vintage?
