'Well do I really need\ can I justify another Ball' and there it was gone !

Hmmmmm......I thought we'd dealt with this one before.:p

Remember it's not 'Do I need?' or 'Can I justify?' but 'Have I got this colour yet?':D

You're welcome!:D

I was having that same internal debate over that guitar (and the Morse that was up the day before)

Oh mate me too !

I was watching that original Blue Morse and praying that I was the only one that'd noticed it. Doing that Bluesky dream thing where I'm imagining telling the forum about the Blue Morse that I'd picked up for £250:rolleyes:

So anyway back to the plot, Still undecided about the SUB. Like I said what I'm really after is a SUB1 with trem but the dilemma is what if this run (I'm counting 3 now) of super cheap used SUB1's dry up without one showing up with a wiggle stick ?
If I look around at what else £200 gets me in guitar shaped toys there really isn't a lot else to compare.

I could just buy it and stick it in the guitar rack next to all the other guitars I'm not getting enough time to play....

Nice dilemma to have mind you.

What does the audience think ?

Why is it that we reckon we're the only ones who see these e-bay auctions eh?

I think that for £200, provided it's legit, it's got to be worth a punt. I can't see you losing your money in the future if you decide that it's not for you.

As for reasons, or justification, I notice that you've got a young 'un there. So you go in and say 'this is yours for when you get bigger. It's quite like daddy's'

Bet it works :D

I have a 1967 duetto like the one in the Gradualte...I have a 65 guilia veloce, and I was bidding on a 67 Quattroute...It was a Zagato bodied special car that resembled the late 20's alfa they only made 92 of them and only a few have survived.

I have all kinds of stuff....hot rods, sports etc

Hey BP, Have you got a DB-5? - My ice cream man used to have one in wine red -turns out there were only 11 ever ordered in that finish....

I don't know much about cars, but the engine noise from an Aston Martin just sound right...

IGNORE THE SECOND CHANCE OFFER it's fake. Report it to Ebay security immediately. If you lose an auction forget it and move on.

IM RELUCTANT TO GO FOR SECOND CHANCE OFFERS. THERE IS SO MUCH PHISHING AND PHRAUD.....PHunny Heh?

Seriously be patient (love saying that to Dr.Bob)....

I have learned that either you E-Snype it or if its close use buy it now or but your max and forget about it until its over. I just got beat at the last minute on a very rare Alfa Romeo...Had it with 6 seconds to go and then the esnope program kicked in and I lost it for $100.00. THe logic is that even though I had thought that I had put in my highest bid I certainly would have tried one more time....Oh well

Yea that's sorta like the time..Thru a friend of mine in Brasil ..I was trying to purchase a Messerschmit ME-109 D-1 also known as a BF-109 that was flown by Gerhard Barkhorn ,after sending payment in gold krugerrands to a bank in at the base of the Andes in Cusco,Peru, I come to find out it was a ME-109K-4/R4 variant flown by by Hans-Joachim Marseille in a totally different Afican campaign....So I hire this guy named Templeton Peck and his friends..long story short..I got my gold back...and I owe everything to the A-Team..

BP.....I have a really nice 80's YUGO(Like the year matters)..or since it's you..I got a sweet deal for you on a 1972 Fiat 124 spider..I'll even throw in the 2 spackle buckets to keep the parts that fall off for FREE
