Seriously...

One of the perks that BP provided for us that we had in SLO at the MM factory was on-site relaxation yoga during lunchtime and after work. It was meant for people with injuries and people who needed to relieve stress. I can't tell you how much it changed my life. You really get in tune with your body -- I guess you learn to "listen to your body" and become really conscious of what feels good and what doesn't. Really helps with lifting heavy stuff, like I did this past weekend moving the rest of the EB factory to the new building. BP, you know those green shipping racks? Yeah, it was me, Nicole, Carey, Jody, and Jeff Chadwick moving all those. Do you see me walking still? Yeeesss.... Was it yoga and listening to my body that helped me move those monsters? Yesssssss....

I believe ya young miss. I am old however. Exercise hurts. No in fact it could kill.

You get you a race car and run it hard you have to rebuild the engine all the time. After every race.

You get you a good engine and idle it around it lasts a long time just coughs once in awhile.

don't believe a word I have said miss beth

It's 2.30pm here in Perth, and I'm working from (temporary) home for the next few weeks via the remote network while I wait for the missus to evict our child from her uterus. I've actually been quite productive this week, without having to babysit the Indonesians who work for me, and not being distracted by the skintight pants that the office girls wear (especially the one with the JoLo a$$).

That said, all this talk of beer is tempting me, seeing that I have a case of Coopers Sparkling Ale getting lonely in the fridge.

I had not a drop last night. I had been up late the night before, rehearsing with Cowpilot (we have gigs!) and learning some weird tunes from BR549, I believe they are called.

"There Ain't No Train To Memphis Anymore". Not just entertaining, but full of useful information!

Anyway, Cowpilot always makes me drink afterward, so I took last night off.

I'm sure this is bad for my reputation.

Thanks Beth. Been thinking about yoga classes for awhile. I've noticed my body isn't recovering from lifting and biking like it used to. I'll use this as a push to go try it.

Steebo, how's that hand? Got to thinkin' of you 'cuz of my shoulder.

Thank you all for the raised glasses. I hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed them (even the gatorade filled ones.)

Off to the stress factory.
