In praise of Billy I. and A.J.

It seems in this day and age, customer service has gone out the window. So when there is great service I feel the need to show my appreciation. Two times have I needed help and both times Billy I. and A.J. were more than helpful. I just love when someone does their job, does it well and seems to enjoy it as well.

Whilst i personally have never dealt with either of the gentlemen you mentioned,i notice time and time again AJ's name brought up when somebody is in need of help..He always delivers
I think it is good to praise excellent customer service,as it seems to be a lost art...We are very lucky to have such wonderful instruments,but more importantly to know there is someone to assist us,if a problem should arise
So well done to Billy and AJ..

Agreed, a lot of people should learn from them! Also another unmentioned name usually is Jacob! I've dealt with all 3 of them and each have been upstanding and great guys to work with! Billy helped me out when I got my JPX7 without pickups and I had my hand at wiring that thing up :D still have the small burn marks to prove it LOL.

I've got to personally meet both Billy and AJ at NAMM on a few occasions. They truly do love what they do and love us knuckleheads.

Every single time i call and or email they're right on top of it and take care me me too.
