Hi Guys,

I have managed to purchase an awesome Bongo 5 in Envy green :D from the guys over at Bass central. It's a lovely bass but too long for my Incase single gig bag    , how ever I remember someone on this forum was using an Incase Double bag for a Bongo 5, is this right or am I going mad??

Hi mate, Shipping was about $190 USD and I paid just under 150 GBP in tax. Gard at Bass central should be able to cut you a great price. BTW it was a good few hundred quid cheaper than buying it in rip off Britain

Hi there, not sure about the Dub bag,Monkee might be using that I think, but I've been using a Levy's single CM19E bag(cheap model) and it pokes out a bit but does fit as well I'm using a nameless double bag that isn't as hefty as the InCase bags but works for my BOngo, if you go to MOL Marketing(Canada) and ask them about their double gig bag for basses. I don't think it's all that expensive. The tip of the Bongo headstock does poke a bit like a nipple on a cold day but it works fine.

best,

pd
