Incoming NGD - AL BFR Content (Explicit)

Ok...it's not really explicit...but I've been watching for an AL Orange Crush for awhile and just happened to go googling for it last night. I turned one up on the Guitar Center used site. Now, my experience with GC used that I didn't buy in my local store has been...not great...but I'm going to be optimistic. The last two tries have resulted in an "Oh, we sold that locally yesterday" email after they took my money on the website and then took multiple days to reverse the transaction.

This time the store said it's really there and not sold, so I'll hope for the best. Here are the GC shots (better than usual for them!) and I'll post my own once it arrives.

It arrived! And the GC ordering curse has ended! It's pretty much new condition and other than someone burying the pickups and making some interesting saddle placement choices, it was excellent out of the box. About 5 minutes of adjustments and it's a fantastic player. It'll be even better with new strings but I didn't have it in me tonight to restring it. My only gripe at all (and it's minor) is the satin finish on the neck vs the oil and wax...but even that's livable.

It feels great. It sounds great. And it's beautiful! I'm extremely pleased! Obligatory pictures follow:

There is/was a forum member/artist that has one of these with a non matching head stock and I absolutely love how it looks.

I was interested that's for sure on these, but timing wasn't right.

I generally prefer the natural headstocks but I kind of like this orange one.
