Incoming NGD - Cutlass

I have a Mesa Electra-Dyne head and an Express 5:50 head that I pair with either a Mesa Royal Atlantic 1x12 wide cab or a Recto vertical 2x12 cab.

I have only plugged into the Express 5:50/Royal Atlantic combination so far...tonight I hope to plug into my main rig which is the Electra-Dyne/Recto cab.[/QUOTE

Question about the pickups. Are the pickups passive if you don't install a battery?

Not 100% sure but a fourmite responding in another thread on the Cutlass said June. BTW they are great!!!
