Today I'd like to share with you my experience with the Music Man Customer Service, whose people were incredible!
Mid December I received a wonderful brand new MusicMan Luke III and I unfortunately noticed that the push/pull volume button was defective (It always stayed in the upper (boost) position).
Since I received it from a family member who bought it in the USA and brought it to me few days ago (I live in France), I couldn't ship it back to the USA...
So I contacted the Music Man Customer Service by email and sent some pictures and a video showing the defect. And - first good surprise - they answered few minutes later on the same day!
The person suggested me to make some tests, which I did, and I replied instantly that it unfortunately didn't work.
I again received a reply few minutes later saying that this part would be then replaced free of charge, as soon as I could supply my address and a copy of the invoice.
So I sent the needed information on the same day, and I received a reply the day after saying that the part would be shipped out soon !!!
Since it happened during the Seasons Holidays, I had to wait a little bit more that I planed but I finally received the part and exchanged it (after some tricky time soldering...).
Now everything is working perfectly fine and I can enjoy playing this incredible guitar!
I again want to deeply thank the Music Man Customer Service for the amazingly fast and efficient support.
I must say that I'm not used to such a service here... Thank you guys!!
