Hi all,
I have a blue burst 4 string stingray I bought used about 10 years ago. I have been told that it was made in 1987 during a time when records were "sketchy". One interesting feature it has though, is a factory (I believe) musicman hipshot installed, not an actual hipshot brand. Does anyone have any info about the hipshot and to what year this might have been offered? I just signed up, so I don't have the serial number, but I can/will post it later.
