Wow I just saw your pics. Sorry. Funny though... here's another one I have.

Love this one too - it's a 1992.

Congratulations on your find!!:)

Slickbass, I am jealous of your beauties! Mine is actually a trans teal finish even though it looks completely blue in the pictures, I have no idea why they turned out that way. It's also a two band EQ instead of the three band. That first one has amazing figure on the neck and the second has fantastic figure on the body, I also like what's going on with the upper fretboard! Musicmans are keepers for life, truly.

looks like a closet classic, hardly any oxydation on that bridge. congrats, jelwood.

Thanks! I was also very surprised at how there is no rusting at all on the pole pieces either (pics don't really give a good view of the pup). I'm not sure what material they are exactly nor how prone to or how not prone to rust they are, but I have seen some ray pups that are pretty rusty. The first thing I did when I took the bass home was give her a complete dressing of Reflection (by Winzer). That stuff is incredible, everyone should keep a bottle handy. Keeps the rust away very nicely and shines like the best polishes, so I'm hoping to get many years outta this girl.
