Help! Inquiry Regarding Issue with Majesty Guitar's 5th String PIEZO Pickup

I purchased my Majesty guitar (Enchanted Forest) in May 2024, and I am reaching out to report an issue with the PIEZO pickup on the 5th string. The sound from the 5th string is either very low or completely inaudible. I have tried changing the battery, guitar strings, and guitar jack, but the issue persists.

If the issue is due to a problem with the 5th saddle, I believe I may need to purchase a replacement from your PIEZO 6 String Guitar Saddle Set (Piezo 6 String Guitar Saddle Set). I have a few questions regarding this product:

1. Is it possible to purchase just the 5th saddle individually, or do I need to buy the entire set?
2. If I purchase the entire set, are the saddles assigned to specific string positions? Will there be a manual included to guide the installation, or is there any resource available where I

can find more information?

Your first call should be to the store or person you bought the guitar from. If your guitar is still under warranty they should help you. Failing that, you should email Music Man customer service. They can sell you a new set of saddles.

I watched your video.
I solved the problem by replacing the piezo saddle. From what I can see, the saddle replacement seems necessary.
I hope the issue gets resolved successfully.

yes I think so too, although I'm hoping for some welding to be improved.
Anyway I'm waiting for them to give me feedback, the hassle will be sending it and waiting.
