Last week I:
Wrote naked
typed with one hand
wrote in the dark
typed in my closet
typed upside down and on the floor
took a walk
lit a match, stared at it, typed
listened to latin jazz (thanks Jack, great suggestion)
Lay on the ground outside, looked up, typed. (Jack again)
watched youtube videos of idiots, used them to make characters
ate hot sauce on everything including milk, typed
made my hands fall asleep, typed
Fell asleep, drooled on paper
and then finally retired for the weekend and my mother's wedding on steamboat natchez in New Orleans.
I love that city. I am by no stretch of the imagination short on inspiration after that trip. Mardi Gras is kicking up. hahaha
All of this as well as most of the suggestions in this thread. I got quite a bit done.
