Installing a GK-3 pickup in my 25Th

Hi guys,
I just wanted to add the Roland GK-3 pickup in my 25th guitar, but it seems like there's no enough room for it between the rear PU and the bridge. It can be done if the PU ring is removed maybe... Is it possible?
Has someone done this? Or maybe cut a little from the plastic ring to make the hexa PU fit...

I won't do that on a 25th cause it will definitely ruin the value of it. But considering Morse did it on its #1 I think every thing is possible as long as you made a clean job. Removing the ring pups or cutting a part of it might be the only options.

Get another pickup ring and trim off the side closest to the bridge. You'll need a ring to keep the pickup in place. Attach the synth pickup with some double sided tape and your
Mod is completely reversable.

Yes, the modd is inspired by Morse and I'll do it the way Lou said, I have to order an extra PU ring.
