I just got my appaisals done tonight and I will be putting additional coverage on my homeowners policy for my EVHs and my Wechter.
I was really surprised...for $15,000 additional coverage, it is only $60 a year! Well worth the piece of mind.
I always worry about a pipe bursting, somebody breaking in, fire, typhoon, ect. It would be tough replace all those guitars.
