i've adjusted the floating bridge nearly flat to the body on my luke but there doesn't seem to be enough adjustment in the saddles to get the intonation of the strings low E A and D right i've moved the saddles as far back as i can yet it is still showing the 12 fret note as sharp !!!!!!!! what am i doing wrong can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!

You have moved the saddles in the wrong direction :)

The trem was set floating, if you adjust it flat you move all the saddles backward hence to set the intonation correctly you need to adjust them slightly forward and not backward as you did

If the strings are reading sharp the saddle needs to move back - moving the saddle forward will make the string sharper (shortens the scale).

my setup on the TG was the best factory setup I've ever experienced. I'm almost scared to change strings.

buttah indeed! I'll say it again, i wasn't a fan of floating trems until i got my first LUKE. Trem settings and intonation are not hard for setups, they just require patience.

just to keep you updated the intonation problem was caused by a set of very bad strings be careful what you purchase off ebay sometimes they are not what they are supposed to be i really didn't think people would make dodgy strings and pass them off as a leading brand we live and learn TRUE GOLD is now simply the best guitar i have ever owned and i have had and got a few stunners :) cheers for the help guys.
