The Quality Control is great on these guitars, too. Every one of them I've played at GC here in Cincinnati has be set up very well and played great!

I especially liked the AX40 they had here. At first glance I thought it was an Axis. Was very surprised when I saw it was a Sterling.

Yeah to be honest apart from a BL AL I'm not planning anymore guitars over £750 for a while, I'm in a my skill doesn't justify the expense mood - it'll all go out the window in Janurary with the NAMM torture, but for now, might get a couple of Sterlings to keep me amused,

It's funny I looked at the range when they were released was very impressed then when I had the chance to play one I didn't even stop to look....

But now I think they'd be well worth a shot, the JP and maybe a AX now my Axis has gone to Germany.

All Good!

ax40 Tremolo issues

I have a AX40 and I've noticed slight issues with staying in tune. Is there something I can check?

The Term is level, its in tune....its as if the knife edge is binding on the posts???

Ron, our office is closed for vacation this week, but please contact me Monday Jan 4 or after- when we return and I'd be happy to help diagnose the tuning issue.
