Introduction Glen from EBMM/GC

Hi, I'm Glen. I am working for EBMM covering the Guitar Center stores. I am going to be traveling throughout all the GC stores checking in on the inventory, working with the sales guys and customers and trying to help out anyway I can. I also work together with the GC buyers and EBMM to get into the stores what we all want to see there. So, if you have any questions concerns or general observations please feel free to send them my way. I'll be traveling allot. But, I will do my best to check in daily and get back to you with an answer asap.

Glen, welcome! Glad to have ya here. One suggestion I have is that the GC stores should carry more EBMM guitars. My local GC (Oxford Valley, #851) only has two EBMM guitars (a pearl redburst JP & a 25th anniv.). I'd definitely like to see them getting more guitars in there.

They should have fixed this a while ago. GC has been running a program where once a guitar comes out of the shipping box for display the case goes back in the box and then resealed with the serial number on the box. I will check in on the status of the program.

Glen nice to meet you electronically. The store in Rochester NY got a handful of EBMMs in a few weeks back... Very pleased to see it. Though I'm sure it has nothing to do with me, they came in a couple weeks after I ordered a new one through them, so I like to take credit. : )

Sweet! A local GC lost out on a sale to me of a 30th Anniversary StingRay, because they couldn't sell me the right case.
