Hi,
Just went on Ebay and found all used JP6 are listed over 1800.00 (loaded). When i bought mine, i paid 1500. Did the price actually go up?

They're used. People will attempt to sell them for what they think they're worth.

$1800 sounds a little high for a used loaded JP6. Are they Mystic Dream or a bunch of different colors?

I've seen so many varying prices, especially on the original JP's, it's hard to keep track anymore.

I've seen a mint, MD JP6 loaded go for 1400$CAD (Kicking myself)
I've seen a Black Sparkle with no options go for 1900 (rare, but still)
Dargie JP6 loaded for 3300!!

It's all over the board, really. I agree with bkrumme, 1800 is steep.

Make a deal for eBay JP6...

I just bought a brand new Red Pearl one with the new pickups and piezo, on eBay. Dealer was asking for $1999 on a buy it now. I offered $1600 and the dealer accepted. Moral of the story.... make offers, you might nab a good deal.

If only I lived in the US.. :(

In Sweden the PRB one costs nearly $2600 with the piezo, custom inlays and matching headstocks - new. There are no used ones on the market, at least not right now. I prefer a new one anyway.

+1, sometimes dealers have been sitting on a new JP for 1 to 2 years and they'll make a deal. Trust me, it's worth making offers!!
