Hey Hurlamania,

Welcome to the forums.

There is no place on the website to enter your guitars serial # to get information. But there are two things you can do.

1. Start a new thread and in the subject line put "D.O.B. request" (it stands for date of birth). In the post put down the serial number and if you want shipping information, just ask to get the store it was shipped to. Someone from the company who keeps an eye on the forums will help you out. Keep in mind they don't work weekends and I don't think they work Friday's(not sure about that though). The best time to get that information is to post a thread eary in the day. If you do it on the weekend or late at night there is a chance it will get lost and not noticed because of all the other posts that are made.

2. If you are in the States, send customer service an email with the same info and they will help you out. If you are outside the States, go to the International section of the website and send either Beth or Kevin an email with the same info. They will help you out.

As for the registration info, I'm not sure about that. Probably, the best thing to do is send customer service an email and ask about registration.

P.S. It's an unwritten rule of the board........you have to post pictures of your guitar on the forum.:D

I think registration applies to ORIGINAL owners only.

Up until about 3 years ago they sent 3 packs of strings back when they received your registration.
