Just for fun, you can do a search for "Emergenza" on the forum... turns up quite a few threads (but I didn't find reference to this exact bass)

Might be that the instrument is real; but I suspect that not all parts are. Here's a link to the german-languaged bassic.ch forum, where people are disussing this seller, his shop in Cologne, Germany, as well as the products he sells .. he's quite - what was the word? - notorious ...
