I went to a certain "assembler's" website today because I can't believe how similar theirs are to the EBMM headstock...incidentally, they cut off the headstock in all of their product pics.
Anyway, on the front page of their website is a pic of Spinal Tap's bass player with one of their basses done for the "global warming" show that looks strangely similar to the guitar that EBMM did for Christopher Guest.

It's either a really rough looking bass or a bad pic. I'm just curious as to whether the assembler did this or if the artist had it done...and whether it was before or after the one the EBMM did.
