Well, when I think of scam I think of getting more money than something is worth by saying it is something that is worth a lot. You are right though, according to the definition, it is a scam.

If you look at the back of the heastock pics, you can see it has that OLP licensing statement. Definitely not a true EBMM. Dude is an idiot. I e-mailed him...maybe he will respond....maybe he won't. I did not excactly tell him he was a genius or anything....... ;)

Look at his feedback, he's got multiple misrepresentation accusations. i've posted warnings a few other places.

I would hate some newbie to buy this guitar, thinking it was an Axis.

I don't think anyone will bid on this guitar now, anyways, not unless they were after an OLP.
