Help! Is this real Silhouette?

I find this guitar in the ne market. And i woon to know is this true EBMM Silhouette?
Serial number - 87021.

Dear administration give me advice. Is it good guitar or no?

im pretty sure that bridge isnt stock

serial number on the back of the headstock is strange to me too. never seen one there before

tuners look off as well (but maybe i havent seen a silo this old before)

this might be one of the original older silos. If i remember how their old serial #'s worked, this is the 21st Silo built in 1987.

Tuners look like Schallers.

Yes.Its an 87 and in great condition.I have seen that bridge befor on one of the forum's members guitars.The tuners are made in West Germany Schaller's.

The bridge might even be an old Schaller. I think the older Silos had Schaller hardware and pickups.

Looks like a nice old Silo.

Looks like the bridge is a top loader, ala some old Teles or G&L ASAT. Very cool, I think.

The bridge is the real deal. My old silo has exactly the same bridge, it was and still is produced by schaller . In fact it was my guitar Marantz is refering to in his post. You can search for it here, I even did a thread on this one.

The guitar on Your pics seems to have exactly the same see-through-red (translucent red) as mine, and is probably also ash-bodied. If everything works right and the neck is fine - go for it! It is an extremely good guitar with tones of character and mojo! And the price is killer, too.

BTW, this is probably not the silo nr. 21 (but very early indeed) - they weren't numbered sequentionally, AFAIK, and don't forget all the EBMMs with 86xxx serial numbers. And Yes, the necks on the old silos are wider and finished - a totally stratty feeling!!!
