Dealing with pawn shops always gives me the heebie-jeebies, but as far as I can see - and there's only the one photo, so I wouldn't depend on me - it looks like the one in the photo is legit.

The 'original' rationale for dealing with pawn shops WAS that
they had very low prices, but acoarst you could handle items
in person to judge them. Neither of these things remains true
when dealing with ebay/pawn dealers. HINT-HINT.

The serial number comes up with specs consistent with the pictures. Stingray 4 H Autumn Red Burst, Maple fretboard with matching painted headstock. It was done at the factory on 9/10/01 and sold to a Guitar Center in Canton, MI.

Autumn redburst is a rare color, and really sparkles under stage lights. Even more rare with a maple board and matching head stock.
