I better go downstairs and give the Bongo Mind Control Ray Generator a good swift kick. When in doubt, practice percussive maintenance, I always say.

Clearly, it's not working properly. Ed is being inexorably drawn into the EBMM fold to be sure, but he keeps on buying the wrong model. Maybe the Generator just needs some tuning.....

To answer some questions:

• It will show up in a video as soon as I can sneak a fretless in. I don't get to do that much, though I'm demoing a fretless very soon..but not this one.

• Yeah, I like the single H, especially on a fretless.

• I don't remember exactly how long the order took, maybe 2 months? YMMV

• Lines... yes definitely lines! I like lines, okay - I'm lame, whatever!
