Let us know how that goes. I have a '94 AL SSS with maple board and a newer HH with rosewood neck and SS frets (installed by a previous owner). Really not a maple guy but hard to find an SSS with a rosewood neck. I've thought about buying another HH with a rosewood neck and doing the swap.

Thought I'd post my emerald sparkle AL HH.
A truly amazing instrument. Even better news, I just found an AL MM90 and it's on the way. Been looking for one of these for awhile now.
