Of all the guitars I've owned/sold over the years, I have to say my JP6 is still my main squeeze since April '06 when I got her from Pete. This guitar continues to amaze me, the feel, the tone, the control layout, the neck, the playability. I just love this guitar through and through. I can't say I ever bonded with any other guitar the way I have with this which includes a couple of PRS, quite a few Terry McInturff (I still have one), a couple of Strats, Les Paul's and even the EBMM Axis I had a few years ago.

Pet/Poppa, you guys really knocked one out of the park when you created it, thank you!!

+1 please post some pics of that white sparkle.

And I know how you feel. The JP guitar is hands down my fav guitar that i've played.

Are you the guy who bought that at JP's clinic? I would have bought that if it had a piezo. I will own a sparkle someday. Damn you 2007 LE! I had to get a BFR instead, LOL!

If that's the guitar, I almost bought it that day. I knew Pete had one when I drove over. I played it a bit and remember it was real nice. I decided to order a new Desert Gold with Piezo that day instead.

I bought it not too long after the JP clinic, probably a couple of weeks after. When I went to the clinic, I was originally eyeing the black Axis Pete had (I used to have a red quilt top Axis a few years ago) but after giving the JP6 and 7 a closer look and then seeing JP himself going through the guitar at the clinic, I went back to Pete's and noodled around on a loaded Mystic Dream JP6 for a little while. Went back to Pete's a couple of weeks later to really sit down with one. The white sparkle hanging on the wall really caught my eye, played it for almost an hour, fell in love, bought it two days later.

that is a nice one. I love hearing how much people love their EBMM's over all their other guitars, because i am a convert too. I literally have not touched my other guitars in a month.

I know what you mean lefty, the guitar you can barely see on the right is my TCM Taurus Standard, it's no. 24 of the run, it's the only guitar I own/owned that I had built and ever since the JP6 entered my life, that poor guitar barely gets touched. Of course part of it is there are no pickups in it right now!!! The Wolfetone's I had it in it are being re-wound by Wolfe and I'm too lazy to drop the stock pickups back into it!!! :)
