I sent them an email last Sunday about the Game Changer app not working. I'm sure they're not going to answer on the weekend. I'm just a bit surprised that I didn't get any reply at all withing 5 working days.
It's summer, I think some of the CS staff are on vacation. Add that the GC is unsupported for a decade now so my guess it that your email is low priority. I'll send out a bat signal from my secret moderator bat cave.
