And so how are we to truly enjoy this acquisition if there are no photos?

An acquisition without photos is like a day without sunshine.

And a day without sunshine is like......well, night, really.

Hmm, the pressure's on if this aquisition without photos is like you say, nightish. I should be grabbing my Bongo in about a week from friday. Must learn to use photographic technology. If only my Bongo were more visual though. Personally I love it, very sombre and yet still funkin. It's not like we haven't seen a carbon(called it cobalt before, thought it was.) blue Bongo before though...

Right you are Bov. Now isn't night when most bass player thrive and giving up their best lines?

And can someone send a Bongo to a Kansas store so I can try one?

No one who has a Bongo will send it anywhere Weedhopper. You must search it out and find the meaning of life on your own. For there will come a day, should you truly search, that it will find you when you have proven yourself worthy.

I tried a bongo today at the GC in kirkland WA,

it was nice, the best thing about it was the weight, i was actually trying out straps (ordered a comfort strap in XL), and i saw they had one in finally, so i played it...

it did indeed have quite a few tones, some of them usable, some of them not (for me anyway).

all in all, i think i'm fine with stingrays, they do it for me.

I might get a bongo HS 4 string fretless if i felt the urge.

you had to pay your daughter to get married, or did you have to pay for the daughter?
oh wait, the wedding.
that's why i'm a guy, grooms didn't pay for nothing. I did buy the wedding ring though.

i would buy a bongo in a heart beat if it was painted in heat sensitive paint (moodring style)

that would be outstanding.

Daughter pics would be a complete hijacking of the thread. not my intention.

I'll get a bongo one of these days.
