And I have been playing some outdoor gigs in the heat and humidity. All three of my 'balls are maple neck & maple fingerboard.

Whats the best way to keep them feeling clean (neck & fingerboard) between semi-annual Birchwood Casey applications?

A good wipe down with a soft cloth will help, as will the Wonder wipes. The Fretboard conditioner is highly recommended.

How often should you use WonderWipes? Can the fret board conditioner also be used on the back of the neck?

Mike,

Ah, the smell of outdoor gigs - nothin' like em'.!!

I never touch my fretboard throughout the entire summer!!

The sweat, humidity, dirt, mosquitoes, charcoal smoke, splashes of beer, mustard - yeah it all adds up to "character". It increases the harmonics !!:)

Guitarman, thanks for posting the link!

Don't over-use the fretboard conditioner. I would apply it whenever your fingerboard is starting to look thirsty. Because you have maple, you might need to wipe down any excess after 5 minutes or so.
And, yes, you can use it on the back of the neck as well!

I usually use the WW's with each string change. I don't gig, so I use them about once a month. If my neck looks or feels dry, I'll use them more often.

wonder wonder wipes are amazing, but i only use them about once a month to only refresh the fret board, i don't get gunk anymore, but when i did it worked like magic and i even mention some to a buddy i jam with to get to try it and he was amazed by its Good Cleaning no wonder there called "Wonder wipes"! :)

one question, does the EB store accept "PayPal"? most of the time i buy from MusiciansFriend , but when i want ernie ball products/gear(Witch is the most items i would need to buy, it would be great is EB store would accept paypal.
