Ive been around here a long time, and i feel like i have a pretty good idea about what most of you are about.
Well I think its time for you guys to meet me.

The Performance at the end is not the best example of the band, but when this video popped up in a google alert, this forum seemed like the place i needed to share it.

Please if you have a few minutes, take a look. You really are a family to me.

You sit down playing, and you have a clip on tuner.

Good thing you sport a flat cap, or I'd have had to unfriend you.

:D

Erin, Thanks for sharing, you are still an inspiration!

I sit down playing when I can't stand up ( happens more often than I'd like these days)... And the clip on tuner doesn't work anymore. It's just there so it doesn't get stolen.

Also.. Thanks for all the kind words. You guys really are the best,

Hey Ernie,

That was a very nice interview. It really was very personal and informative.

Is that an SVT5pro you're using?

Do you write your songs on bass, or do you play another instrument?

Also what the hell is your guitarist playing? LOL

Good luck,

Thanks for the kind words. My amp is a Mesa boogie Walkabout. We were opening up for 2 touring bands, I'm not sure what the other bands were using, but what you hear from me is a Big al h in passive, straight into a 1x12 8ohm walkabout scout combo.

When I write it's generally on bass guitar, or keyboard. I do play guitar, but not well enough to perform with it.
Bass guitar is my number 1 instrument, with standup bass being number two. I only learned to sing when I started this band.

As far as what Eric, my guitar player, is playing. Is a Dewey decibel flip out. A company that never really got started. You can find the random one around, but they are weird and turn heads. He has a thing for weird cheap guitars.

Thanks again for watching. And if there's any other questions feel free to ask.

Erin, a serious question: You mentioned not being able to play standing, but is your playing and/or singing affected in other ways by your illnes?
Unfortunately the answer to this is yes. But most of the issues I have are from general exhaustion at the end of the day.. And the fact I get sick More often than most. Performances are frequently unpredictable. It does make things more exciting though.

Erin - That video was great.

I'm so glad you are able to rock n roll still, and you don't let anything get in your way.

Keep on rockin! Love the Big Al.
