I've tried a nice Big Al four strings it had 3 single coil pickups was very nice, I really liked the middle pickup and the neck together. It was white with black pickups. Nice weight to it too just under 9lbs I assume but it rocked.

Congrats to music man for this bass is cool.

This thread will not help Big Tuna. Yeah Big Al SSS's are so super sweet.

Still got to try one, I love the look of a big al 5 H white with a tort pg and rw board !!
But I would also love to try out the SSS too. Still none in ireland yet gonna have to wait till I go to the uk again

Nope the Tuna feels Sterling HH > Big Al

Big Al is a great bass though

Off to play the Bongo now! HA!
