Dave, a lot of Japanese store won't ship internationally, because they aren't set up for Paypal or international credit cards, or don't speak English etc. Fortunately, there are guys who act as middlemen for a fee - they will buy and ship for you.

I've used these guys with great success in the past to buy from a store that didn't spear English. Good service, nice and easy ....
