Hey Guys,
Thought you might enjoy this. We (Travis Larson & Jennifer Young) did a duel clinic and they shot some nice footage. This is Jennifer playing some tasty stuff in an acoustic/electric setting. Okay, it's all MusicMan ELECTRIC with Piezo :) Enjoy!

Wow, that was really good, thanks for posting. All of a sudden I've got the urge to pick up my Sterling. :) Is this a track I can pick up somewhere?

I've checked out a number of videos from their site ( Travis Larson Band -- Videos ) and they are awesome! She is an excellent bass player. That Sterling just sings in her hands. He is a fantastic guitarist. Their drummer is also great and tasteful in his playing. All around great and creative band.

Great vid. :)

Very nice! Thanks!

A little side question: What is the color of the Sterling Jennifer plays in this vid?

Yep, I believe that is Blueburst. Her favorite BTW :) She's mentioned getting a Blueburst Bongo one of these days to go with it. She takes one of each out for different tunes. A few songs require the 24th fret and a rounder tone.

Oh You two guys, both wonderful musicians indeed! I'm so happy You exist! :)

And this piezo is really a "must have" thing...!!!

I'm gonna buy one EBMM bass with piezo someday and that's for sure!

And, Jennifer, ...I love Youuuu  , You are such a splendid musician! :)

P.S. ...Travis, You play the same JPp guitar like mine guitarist and I like that, but must admit that last vid of You two I saw with 25th guitar, I don't know, 25th just sounded better to me and I told that to my guitarist, trying to force him to by 25th guitar!

Thanks Man! I'll pass the kind words on to Jen. I'm loving my 25th also. Great fat tone! My BFR has the piezo so that gets used for many tunes with acoustic overtones. Very versatile. The 25th is now a staple of many songs on the road as you aren't the only one who feels that way :) I've had a lot of great feedback about using the 25th.

Sorry bass players, I'll shut up now, haha.

Brilliant!!! And who says that bass solos have to be boring song-devastating popcorn non-events... Jennifer rocks! (and so does Travis :D)

Great showcase for a great bass player. Recently had a chance to see Jen play live with the Travis Larson Band and was so impressed with her sound , feel and huge groove. I was amazed how cleanly she pulls off very difficult unison lines with Travis.
If they are playing in a town near you , you must check them out.
