also saw an albert lee , an axis , and a sting ray ....w/ rascal flatts
some good national t.v. time !!!!! :)

Tom,
When I picked up my BD Silo, the guy told me that it belonged to Joe Don Rooney from Rascal Flatts. He apparently gave it to some guy who was teching for him as payment. I thought he was blowing sunshine up my butt, but Jon confirmed it when I asked about the DOB, he said it was built for the guitarist from Rascal Flatts.

Jon, thanks for the pic of Jo Dee... very nice shot.

fred

oh yeah, way to go "Bulldog"...

I assume you were referring to me..
If that thread hadn't been sorted out (as it has been since you posted this) and all turned out to be misunderstandings I would probably not appreciate that comment.

Anyway..
You are both right and wrong.
I'm 28, that won't count me as a kid, right? :)

Changing my name to "bulldog" isn't that far-fetched though..
After all, I'm studying to become a pilot and I'm currently flying Bulldog :D (Scottish Aviation Bulldog)

Yeah I guess he does :p

Bulldog is a great piece of art, to bad we are the last ones flying it.
It has been a faithful servant since 40+ years.
They will be replaced by some American crap ;), a Cirrus SR-20 (that's just me being jealous)
If anyone is interested in buying the old bulldogs they're indeed for sale.
However, they won't be able in black sparkle though haha

I used to jump out of those Amercian pieces of crap......now, I am riding a desk job.

I had some flying time in, but mostly with helos. I know enough to do what I gotta do, not all the fancy trick stuff.

I like those planes. But, I would want one in Rad Red......just like my favorite EBMM JP-6.....heheheheeh

You know, I believe that Big Poppa is a pilot. I know his father was, and Steve Morse too, and they all used to fly together here and there when possible.

So you could learn things from him on many levels! ;)
