Got y tickets for Joe Bonamassa April 27th in Glasgow, me and Lum are going to sit in the old fart section....

I've had this thing since I was a kid I bought a guitar after seeing a band,

In 94 I bought a Fender Strat after seeing Iron Maiden,
I then bought a Gibson Les Paul Custom after seeing Thunder

And If Joe's got any of this eye candy a Morse Y2D and hopefully a 25th will be ordered - althought my BFR AL & Dargie Luke might have to go!

Enjoy the eye candy!

he will have the 25th by then its on the way as we speak

As I jump up and down like a little boy - YEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAA

Outstanding Job BP, All I need now is a (Large) Spandex suit so I can nip backstage undetected and steal it!

I may also have to amend my BFR T-shirt, so it reads "That 25th would look better in my rack instead of yours!"

My Poor mans plexi arrives today, my JB tone is almost complete.... But I will be looking for a refund if I buy one and don't end up able to play like Joe heheheh

I'm curious. Since Joe B uses quite a few EBMM guitars, do I smell a potential Joe B signature model coming? That would be great! I'd love it if he ends up using some variant of a Silhouette or Silo Spec!

I doubt it.
Not after his signature guitar just got released from Nashville.
Ultimately I have a feelin he will always play a LP.

There is no talk regarding a signature model. Joe loves freedom and his deal with those other guys is non exclusive hence he is playing a lot of our stuff....not because of a contract but he seems to like it. Nice

That's what I thought... But perhaps a model deal which doesn't tie him down? I'm sure that'll help raise the brand profile, and it's definately better than an "Inspired by" Gibson which isn't half as cool.

Went to see Joe tonight, he was awesome as ever, he used a Red BFR JP6 for one song and for his encore...

His 25th!

Wish I had a better camera, shame the Blackberry Storm is naff for photos!

Cool!

I love this thread. I love that it highlights a great artist who shows a lot of class. I love that he's playing great guitars made by people working for a company that also shows class by making high quality instruments.

And I love that he's playing these guitars because he likes them.

I've met Joe a few times. He's always a gentleman and seems to be a new ambassador of the blues.

Awesome.
