I'm bursting with pride.

Not only Joe recorded this album using my favorite guitar (25th) but he also did so in one of the most beautiful islands in my country! :D Not to mention one of the best recording studios you could find.

He even named the album after the Island (Black Rock is Thera Island, or Santorini as it's known, it's depicted on the cover).

You also have Greek music influences (even instruments) and playing with Greek musicians. Just listen to "Athens to Athens".

Great album overall, definitely a winner. :)

I’m looking forward to his new album. I find Joe to be a breath of fresh air.

Maybe I was in the minority, but I thought the blues had not much left to be explored. Then I heard Joe...

Exploring new ground with serious tone...

Didn't know this was out already thanks. I'm surprised there are only 5 originals and the rest are covers though. Joe is such a good songwriter to be doing so many covers.
