I want a 6-string version of this baby!

I know NAMM is imminent, but if anyone has time to answer a few well-intentioned questions...

1) Will the F-1 Petrucci be available ONLY as a BFR 'Limited Run' instrument, or will it be a future regular offering but with "less fancy" appointments such as the usual unfinished maple neck and non-BFR inlaid fretboard?

2) Will it be available in more than one color (specifically, in that gorgeous trans-blue color shown on the flamed Luke)?

SWEET!!!! Guitar man......Love the color can't wait to see the other colors they have available, and as i'm used to the unfinished neck on the JP model i don't think i will mind the finished one it will be just like just playing my les paul just not as beefier.

1) The signature models will be ongoing. We will also do "special runs" when we come up with something cool. The JP BFR is fully loaded, what you see is what you get. We will post the flyers with the specifications shortly.

2) The Petrucci and Luke will be available in all four colors shown in the teaser thread. Color is the only option for these models.

Mahogany necks are softer and much more porous than maple necks, so that is the reason mahogany necks are typically finished. Another cool feature is push/pull that activates all four coils.

Thanks for taking time out to answer, Scott. Much appreciated! The push/pull is a nice idea, and the package looks great in a 6-string, too!
