I like that top a lot! And I <3 Blackburst! (and I usually don't like flame tops, adamrogo's BBB and MMJP6's TB being the exceptions)

Thanks !

The BBB is definately Blue, but in pics under incandescent light (bulbs), it can look a bit teal'ish / green because of the yellowish light.

(i.e. Blue + Yellow = Green)

But under bright light / fluoro / flash / sun etc etc - and in person, it's definately blue.

:)

My new "Sweet Heart"

Hi,

Here my new TobaccoBurst BFR-F1. I recieved it a week and a half ago but didn't have time to take pictures till that time. I took advantage of the beautifull week-end to take some outdoor pics. So here they are... Those pics of my new sweet heart

This guitar has a sustain of hell and a tone which goes out quite straight ahead of the paradise.

Congrats man. She's a beauty. After I get my Koa, a Tobaccoburst is definitely on my list. Looks great. Nice quilt on that too.

That is the coolest flame top Blackburst I've seen! Blackburst has really been growing on me lately.

That's a sick quilt! I ordered the same guitar 4 months ago. How long did yours take to come in?

Can somebody please explain me: Is there any difference between regular Petrucci's BFR and Baritone BFR (again Petrucci's)?

So confused....lol

Same woods, hardware, finishes. The regular BFR Petrucci has a scale length of 25.5 inches, and the baritone BFR JP has a scale length of 27.5 inches. The regular is tuned to E standard, the baritone is tuned B to B I believe. (Basically a 7 string without the high E). Thats about it.
