John Petrucci Meet & Greet: Stockholm, Sweden!

Music Man Signature Artist John Petrucci (shredder extraordinaire, and all-around good guy) took some time off during Dream Theater's Euro tour to spend a couple hours with 300+ fans at Deluxe Music in Stockholm, Sweden!

Fans began lining up outside of the store at 9:00 am -- now that's what I call dedication!

Jimmy Lindqvist, from EM Nordic (our exclusive distributor to Sweden), had this to say about the event:

"The event lasted for about 2 1/2 hours and John was great!! He really took his time with all his fans so that everyone had a chance to get his autograph and a picture. We also got to sell a John Petrucci Signature guitar to a youngster that just had graduated and got a guitar as a gift from his parents. John personally helped him pick out the guitar and signed it for him, which really made this kids day!"

A couple of fans even baked a special cake for JP (check out the attached picture -- awesome!!)

A great time was had by all! Special thanks to JP, Jimmy Lindqvist & EM Nordic, and Deluxe Music for making it all possible!!

Photo cakes are so cool! Man, I would not want a signature right there...unless they don't play the guitar (pssh, yeah right! )

JP is so cool. I hope he does another one of those kind of meet and greets in Toronto when I (maybe) go back this summer.

Awesome!!! A great aspect of EBMM!!

Which, by the way, leads me to a similar event I attended "post dawn", when I was asked to leave due to "loitering laws"!! lol,lol,lol,lol
