What an absolute shock to hear...norm and I are sitting here, partaking of the forum on a computer each, in preparation to see the Morse show here in Phoenix, and both were floored by the news.

yeah - sad news -I used to watch the Tonight Show during high school and into university. The thing I like about Carson was his lack of pretentiouness - he was usually a bigger star than his guests but he seemed like your next door neighbour.

Very sad to see him go.Many years of laughs.Sad to see these people move on, they have been with me all my life.
