1 year ago one of my sons was diagnosed with Autism. The provision and cost of care in Dubai was just too much for us so my wife and the boys returned to the UK and I had to stay here and tough it out to keep the bread on the table for a year.

Damn... This is awful... My heart goes out to your family... I hope he responds to care well and manages to live as normal a life as he can.

Don't worry about the name. There can be only one Jonny Dubai...
