he told me he JUST got a BFR stealth with a basswood body, maple neck and ebony fretboard!!!The headshell on his IV was a flame maple and it looked SWEETTTT ...
the new DT CD is HOPEFULLY expected to come out this May.

Ahh, that was definitely a good time indeed. JP was shredding it up during that solo. I loved every minute of it. John and Rena were both extremely nice again and they seemed to really appreciate us coming out. I personally can't wait for the new DT album to come out and can't wait to see if JP brings that stealth out on tour. I wonder if the boys at SLO have any pics of it floating around?

All in all, it was definitely an awesome night and the icing on the cake for me was getting my BFR plates signed with my gold sharpie and getting one of JP's Jazz III's with the JP shield logo on it. Pretty good stuff. Here's a pic of me and JP (with me having a kind of dumb look on my face, but I was very tired that night).

Cool pictures Rich and Phil.

And that gold sharpie! It's just the sh*t!

Scott

yeah,i thought of having john sign it but didn't want a silver sharpie so i thought of a Gold sig because of the gold hardware but never saw a gold sharpie.i mentioned it to phil and he scored one.
I couldn't find one at staples.
it's actually a Gold paint pen sharpie.go figure.

Glad to see that JP trimmed down that haggard beard he had during NAMM, it probably caught fire and burned up during one of his 4,000,000 BPM runs. :D
