When I first heard about this I was pumped, but that soon went away when I found out it was the same day as my daughter regional cheer competition. However, to my luck her cheer session was in the morning, yah!!! So, I made a call to my brother to see if he'd take the girls for the night and he said yes, so we were all set. We got home around 4, the kids were gone by 5 and we were on the road by 5 ourselves. We got in there in no time, 45 minutes with traffic. We parked in the back of the building and walked a bit to find some place to eat, she decided across the street @ the Chicken Bone, the food was good, but for being pretty empty, it took forever to get our food. It was cool, the JP/BP Session didn't start until 7. We made our way across the street inside, asked for Larry, who got us some seats in the VIP section, they were ok. We watched Don Lappin who was just awesome.
Then Larry said he got us some way better seats, right next to the stage, BP was right there and what was the first thing I see??
Celtic Green Nikes!!! Excellent. I thought we had the best seat in the house, i could see BP and JP playing better than anyone.
I'm pretty wrecked from the day, I'll post more tomorrow.
