i've got the Hybrids (9-46) on my JP15 and with 3 springs in the back I can't get it level on the treble side of the bridge. The back the trem plate is still higher than the front where it pivots. CS recommend using 2 springs for 9 gauge strings, but even with 3 I can't get it level. The bass side of the plate is level but with the springs in the back, to tighten the screws more angles the claw which I can't go further without bringing the bass up.
Hope someone can help.

See attached pictures for reference.

It's so difficult to resolve via pictures on the net. There appears to be enough scope for adjusting the trem claw - it's not as though the claw is slammed to the cavity wall which would mean no further room for adjustment? Contact Customer Services who should be able to help?

I did try looking for a contact number, as you are in Australia. The Ernie Ball web page used to list all the distributors and contacts for each country- but I can no longer find it on there - it "seems" to have changed insofar as you appear to be directed via contact details to a page where you fill in details and they should come back to you.

I have pinged one of the moderators on your behalf and someone should get back to you?

The treble side bridge pivot post is a little too high. It can be adjusted using a 4mm allen wrench.

This is nothing to do with the springs and angling the spring claw will make no difference.

Spud - thanks for the heads up on the dealer lists, I'll have a search later this afternoon.
