Thanks for the pics Pete. I've been meaning to ask this, does anyone know who that guy was who thought John changed his bridge pickup out to a D-Sonic because Al Dimeola told him to? He sitting behind me.

Great pics, and mine are basically the same, so I guess I dont need to post em really. And that guy you speak of Josh O, he was just funny, just funny I tell you lol. He was probably just some random guy that does not know all that much, and thinks he knows a lot. Who knows, but it was hilarious. And JPs expression, he was like "WTF is the question???" lol

Thanks! The rackmount Recto was loaned from a friend of a friend. The Recto that blew up before soundcheck was loaned from Darik & the Funbags.

Pete, one more question, how was his tone with that Racktifier?
Bangin! Not at all harsh with the highs, the lows came through beautifully, and the mids were distinct and kept him from getting lost in the backing track (volume helped, too!)

It wasn't a stock "ractifier" - it had been modified in some ways I don't exactly know. The bias was adjusted, and it was running on EL34s instead of 6L6, but there was some other minorly funky stuff done to it.
