Is the taller & thicker fretwire being used on all models in the line or just on the JPX? Just curious. Thanks!

just the jpx, the older models are unchanged.. the new "features" are exclusive to the jpx (as of now, see what petrucci does in the future)

While it is obvious they are wider/taller than JP, it is not clear how wide/tall the new frets are in absolute terms. Is it wide/medium (#0149), wide/high (#0154) or the so called jumbo frets (#0150)? Can someone please clarify?

Note: the fretwire numbers are from stewmac's catalog.

Those numbers don't mean anything, they are simply Stewart Macs catalog numbers. I don't think EB releases the specs of the size fret wire that is on the JP's or any other guitar.

When comparing one companies fret wire size to another in terms of jumbo frets I'd use Dunlop 6100 as a reference.

bigpoppa said they were jumbo frets on the jpx. so i would figure they are the standard 6100 jumbos.
