Interesting one this as I am generally of the opinion that guitars should be played and not kept in glass cases, but the inevitable result is that rare and interesting guitars end up with dings like this one. Whatcanyado?

Oh the dilemma!

That seller bought that guitar on eBay for something like 2,600 USD, I'm pretty sure it was less than 3,000 USD. The Pet was only available in Europe. Now the seller is trying to flip it for some nice cash by offering worldwide.

I think the asking price is insane, but hey, he's taking a shot. I paid 1,700 for a 1st 100 Mystic Dream, no piezo Pet.

Golf ball!

Perfect Dizz!

no way! dings like those aren't inevitable, maybe if the guitar was owned by edward scissor hands...

Dizzy, I guess he is trying to set a market price for it, though guys who just collect I highly doubt would touch it in that condition. But it is interesting if you checkout what else he is selling as he has all high end guitars. I do not know what a new Petrucci goes for outside the US as he has two of them as well as an EBMM EVH listed in different currency, you would know better than me if he is on target. But for a guy in the Netherlands he has some nice guitars.
